  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be made within 1 day of delivery or purchase

⚠️ Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they were delivered faulty or incorrect:

Customized or specially ordered items

Innerwear, socks, feeding items, or personal care products,diapers,etc

Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or videos as evidence.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

A refund interms of store credit (where applicable)

A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Refunds are issued interms of store credit

5. Exchanges

Customers may be required to cover delivery costs for exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or color only, subject to stock availability

We recommend secure packaging when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect
