Warranty Coverage
Warranty, where offered, applies only to manufacturing defects that occur under normal and intended use. Not all products sold by Greatkidz Store carry a warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
Products used outside their intended purpose
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, drops, water exposure, or electrical faults caused by improper use
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
No Warranty on Ride-On Toys & Child-Handled Items
Toys, ride-on cars, and similar items that are handled directly by children do not come with a warranty.
Due to the nature of how these products are used — including frequent impact, rough handling, and exposure to various environments — warranty coverage is not applicable.
Warranty Period
For products that include a warranty, the warranty period will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
If no warranty period is stated, the product is considered sold without warranty.
Technical Support (Where Possible)
Although certain products may not carry a warranty, Greatkidz Store may, where possible, offer technical guidance or connect customers to independent technicians for inspection or repairs.

Any repair, servicing, or replacement costs charged by technicians are the responsibility of the customer
Greatkidz Store is not liable for the outcome, workmanship, or costs of third-party technician services
Our role is limited to facilitating contact or providing basic guidance where available.
How to Request Warranty Support
For eligible warranty claims, customers must:
- Contact Greatkidz Store within the applicable warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Clearly describe the issue and provide photos or videos if requested
All warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval.
Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Greatkidz Store may, at its discretion:
Offer store credit or an exchange equal to the amount of the orginal item minus transport charges
Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or a similar item
Final Notes
Greatkidz Store reserves the right to decline warranty claims that fall outside this policy
Warranty support is available only to the original purchaser
Delivery and handling fees are not covered under warranty unless stated otherwise
